We want you to love your C'est Normal gear, but if the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
